I’ve been working on the UCSC Genome Browser since 2002, mostly with human data but more recently with SARS-CoV-2 data, especially variation & phylogenetics data and the web interface to UShER, a tool for placing SARS-CoV-2 sequences in a global phylogenetic tree.
