Hi all I have been using nextstrain for most of my analysis, especially the local version is quite helpful. I ran the command as usual auspice view --datasetDir /home/Sreelekshmi/covid19/auspice but it doesn’t seem to load any files from the folder.
auspice --version gives 2.42.0 .
Please help me figure this out.

Could you share the filenames in that directory, e.g. by copying and pasting the output from ls /home/Sreelekshmi/covid19/auspice?
ls /home/Sreelekshmi/covid19/auspice
