i am new to Nextstrain. while following the given Nextstain installation
i am and stuck on this command
“epiweeks nextclade nextalign pangolin pangolearn”
output
“‘epiweeks’ is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.”
i have try all possible way to rectify this but nothing work
Hi @sapna – that install command is actually a single command spread over two lines (the trailing slash on the preceeding line indicates this) rather than two commands. Perhaps the trailing slash didn’t get copied over? For a one-line solution you can run:
mamba install -c conda-forge -c bioconda epiweeks nextclade nextalign pangolin pangolearn
