When I upload my data, it tells me can’t open this page!
@XingguangLi This might happen if your computer runs out of memory and/or if you are trying to analyze a very large number of sequences. Nextclade runs analysis inside your browser, locally.
What kind of data do you have? (what organism, how many sequences?) Does it work for a smaller subset of data?
