It appears that auspice 2.23.0 generates an incomplete nexus file. The file downloads ok but lacks a closing ) when i attempt to open it in FigTree. Anyway to ensure that the tree is complete?
Apologies for this – is the dataset you are generating the Nexus file from available so that we can test / make a fix?
