FLU B Victoria reference segments

Hello,
Does anyone know where I can get all 8 segments of the FluB Victoria reference strain?
I have tried NCBI with no success. I could not find them in NextStrain either.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Josef! Just to clarify, are you looking for reference sequences for each of the 8 segments of B/Victoria to use for alignment and phylogenetics or are you looking for existing phylogenetic analyses of these segments or something else?

Yes, I would the reference sequences of all 8 B/Victoriaq segments for my own mapping of clinical samples.

I found several Brisbane strains but not all 8 segments from B/Victoria I am actually missing segments 6 and 8.

I found the other segments here: https://www.bv-brc.org

I could not find all 8 segments at NCBI either.

Any help would be much appreciated.
