Index url json for Nextclade v3 (datasets)

Hello,

Is there an index url json for v3 Nextclade? There used to be this one for v2: https://data.clades.nextstrain.org/index_v2.json

Hi @ujn2, the release deployment of the dataset index for Nextclade v3 is here:

https://data.clades.nextstrain.org/v3/index.json

And you can find the current snapshot in the “data_output” directory of our data repo as well:

(switch to “release” branch to get the same index as in the release deployment)

We don’t recommend using index.json directly, because we cannot commit to maintaining format stability. So if something breaks in the future you are on your own!
