Hi! I have noticed that the default “lat_longs.tsv” file in your GitHub listed Africa, Asia, North America, South America, Europe, and Oceania as countries instead of regions. Is there a reason for this?
yes. in some of our analysis that focus on a particular region, we set the country of all sequences outside of the focal region to their continent. To still be able to display them, we need these entries in the lat-long file.
