Can you advise the schedule/timing for the nextclade “nightly build”.
Right now, I can see there were some changes in cov-lineages a few hours ago (eg designated XEU), but when I get the nightly.json file they are not included.

Hi @mike_honey, it looks like those pango designations (e.g., XEU) happened on December 20 in the morning Pacific Time / in the evening Central European Time. The latest nightly build is dated on December 21 and has these lineages. @corneliusroemer could confirm the timing of the “nightly” build job, but I’d guess that the nightly build had already run on Dec 20 before those lineages were designated and they didn’t get picked up until the next day.
It also looks like the nightly build only gets updated when there are new lineages, since there is no build posted for December 22.
