Hello Nextstrain group, I teach a very general lesson on amino acid sequence alignment, using data from NCBI. I have hunted unsuccessfully for the ~ 1270 amino acids in the Omicorn variant spike protein. While the individual mutations are listed here, and in Wikipedia, a simple FASTA file with the ~1270 AA residues would be very much appreciated.
