Auspice shortcuts and functionalities

Hi,

Auspice has many useful shortcuts and functionalities. For example, “drag-and-drop” new traits using TSV files; pressing “D” to display the download menu, etc.

Is there a page compiling all shortcuts and functionalities currently available in Auspice? For example, is there a trick to copy tip names of all samples being displayed on an Auspice visualization (when zoomed in, filtered, etc).

Best,
Anderson Brito

There’s actually very few keyboard shortcuts (“d” is the only one, I think). We could always improve our documentation here, but https://docs.nextstrain.org/projects/auspice/en/stable/advanced-functionality/index.html is the best summary. I think most of the power comes from adding various metadata to the dataset JSON itself.

For example, is there a trick to copy tip names of all samples being displayed on an Auspice visualization

No, however when you download the metadata it should reflect those tips which are currently being displayed.

Thank you, James. That resource page is quite useful.
