Hi!
I am trying to visualise bootstrap values and branch length values in the tree, but cant seem to find a way to do it. I used iqtree (with 1000 bootstrap replicates) to generate the tree file and then ran the rest of the pipeline of augur (refine, traits, ancestral, translate, clades and finally export).
As known, the bootstrap values are in the tree file itself, and for the branch length the branch.json file is generated in the augur refine step.
Is there any possibility of making these values show up in the final phylogentic tree?
Also, I am running a local version of auspice to visualise.
