Hi fam!
How is it possible to get the bootstrap values from the raw tree (generated using iqtree) be included in the refined tree as well?
Since the tree is redrawn during the augur refine step, I am not able to compare the raw and refined tree for the bootstrap values.
Attaching screenshots of small portion of the tree files.
The first image is the raw tree file with bootstrap values (some of them underlined in yellow for reference) and the second image is the refined tree file without the bootstrap values.
Do you have any suggestions?
