CLI link broken from clades.nextstrain.org

I noticed that the CLI link is broken (404 error), from the banner at top-right on the page https://clades.nextstrain.org/.

Congratulations on the major release of the site, it looks very nice. I was able to use it smoothly recently, although I am a very infrequent user (mostly using the CLI).

@mike_honey, thanks for taking time to report this! The links were fixed in PR #1385. The new version is released to clades.nextstrain.org as 3.0.1.
