I have a problem in making the frequency tree of. SARS_CoV-2 lineages
If there is any one can help me plz 
Welcome to the forum, @Haya.Bader94! You can find SARS-CoV-2 lineage frequencies from Nextstrain analyses at the bottom of each “ncov” analysis. For example, this link shows the last 6 months of lineages (Nextstrain clades) from GISAID data. These frequencies only represent the data shown in the tree which is a subset of all available GISAID sequences.
If you need frequencies from all available sequences, you may want to check out the Nextstrain country-specific frequency estimates or covSPECTRUM’s estimates from all data.
