Is it possible to query a specific mutation and determine the frequency at which it is present? Example: How frequently is C29200A found?
You can color by this mutation and the frequency panel will then show the frequency over time:
https://nextstrain.org/ncov/global?c=gt-nuc_29200
but this will only show the frequency of the tips included in the tree, not the entire data set.
I was wondering if others know whether anything has changed since Jan '21 in terms of being able to determine the frequency of a specific mutation in GISAID database over time, or if anyone knows which other platforms may provide this information if nextstrain cannot? Using the above example, is there a way for the frequency of the C29200A mutation to be traced over time? Thanks!
cov-spectrum.org has a lot of functionality related to searching for specific mutations in gisaid!
This works great, thanks very much for the quick response!
