Is the epitope-maps branch working / available for the public?

Hi. I started to explore the epitope-maps branch and I was wondering if it is already usable/accessible to the public or not.

I tried to execute score_sequences.py, but I have a missing dependency (binding_calculator).

@rneher , you were working on this a few days ago, so maybe you have some info on this. Thanks in advance for your help.

this is currently not meant for production – but you should be able to use score_sequences if you comment out the bits that refer to the binding_calculator.
