I was able to download the SVG file of my radial tree, filtered by pangolin lineage and my lab sequences.
In the auspice webpage only my sequences appear.
However, in the SVG file, points representing all the sequences are shown.
How could I fix it?
Not sure why there’s a difference in what you see in auspice and the SVG – using nextstrain.org/zika as a test (left hand image), filtering to “South America”, then clicking “download data” → “svg screenshot” I was able to get an accurate SVG representation of the filtered tree (right hand image).

I do not know why, but in Inkscape all the points are shown. In the default visualizer in Ubuntu, I can see only the filtered data.
