Number of subsampled metadata and sequences lower than indexed

Dear Nextstrain Community,

I cannot replicate some of my builds from several weeks ago. Has something been changed in the subsampling and indexing procedure?

Hello @koppk,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with a Nextstrain workflow. Could you clarify what workflow you are using? If it is the ncov (SARS-CoV-2) workflow, then the change log might offer some clues to what has changed since your last usage.
