Sharing build profile

Hi all,

We used NextStrain to produce the trees and a couple of figures for a paper and are wondering if there are any restrictions about sharing the build.yaml, config and include files on GitHub? We do have a NextStrain group as well (NGS-SA) where we’ll share the actual build itself as well.

Hi Josie – no problem at all, in fact we encourage sharing of those files as it may help others recreate the analysis and/or examine the parameters used.
