Updated Runtime - unable to update CLI and view results

Hello!

I have updated the runtime and now wanted to update the CLI. Analysis runs successfully, but when I want to view it with nextstrain view . I get an 404 error.

When I want to update the CLI with conda install -p /home/maxim/.nextstrain/runtimes/conda/env nextstrain-cli==10.2.1.post1

I get the following error:

How do I fix this?

Check-setup gives this:

nextstrain check-setup
nextstrain-cli is up to date!

Testing your setup…

Hello @NyxMoiren,

Your check-setup output shows that the nextstrain-cli is up to date, so you shouldn’t need to update it. Just in case, can you provide the output for nextstrain version --verbose?

As for the Auspice error, can you check your browser console for any error messages?

Best,

Jover
