Use the pre-built phylogenetic trees for further analysis

Hello everyone! I’m very interested in the Zika virus results provided by Nextstrain. I plan to use the pre-built phylogenetic trees for further in-depth analysis, focusing on:

Global cross-border transmission routes and frequencies,
Estimated importation/exportation timelines,
Potential driving factors (e.g., travel, climate, socio-economic factors).

My questions are:

Can I find all the necessary data for this analysis in the Zika-related files provided on the Nextstrain website?
Is this type of analysis feasible based on the available resources? Are there any published studies that have conducted similar analyses using Nextstrain-generated results for a specific pathogen?

Thank you for your guidance!
