21L (Nextclade) assigned to 21M by Augur

Hi folks,

Even after a full upgrade of the Nextstrain environment and the ncov workflow, my strains classified 21L by Nextclade are still assigned to 21M by Augur.

Have you observed this behavior on your side?

What am I missing eventually?

I noticed the same behavior but with 21K assigned as 21M. I also updated the environment and its tool and it didn’t help.
