nextStrain for human evolution and human strand/race/ethnicity

As the COVID-19 pandemic is getting almost over, I am wondering whether you guys have interest in making nextstrain work for humans.

I recently read this Science paper “A unified genealogy of modern and ancient genomes” and found it is pretty cool that connection lines could be drawn between modent and ancient genomes.

I just throw this idea here. Hope there is some interest on this.

Open source does not mean that most people are able to open it and work on it :- )

I am willing to pay $ 50,000 if someone could write a nextStrain version for human evolution, something similar to that presented in this Science paper https://www.science.org/doi/10.1126/science.abi8264
