I’m interested in viewing a strain prevalence map from 3/2020 to 3/2021. In the latest Nextstrain build, I can see the tree from 2019 to present, but prevalence by strain is only visible from 02/2021 onward. Is there a way to see this data prior to 02/2021?

Hey Allison - what exactly do you mean by “prevalence by strain”?
We’ve been timestamping trees since April 2020 (e.g. nextstrain.org/ncov/global/2020-04-08, in July 2021 we changed the URL to include GISAID, e.g. nextstrain.org/ncov/gisaid/global/2021-07-07), perhaps this is enough to answer your question?
