Can anyone get Nextstrain to post the daily count of all genetic variants of Covid-19 along side of the variant name ?
Hi Scott - Nextstrain doesn’t currently provide this, however here are some resources which may help here: CoVariants (reports in ~2 week blocks), https://cov-spectrum.ethz.ch and https://cov-lineages.org/.
