I am sorry if I missed this, but where can I access the tip_frequencies and tree that have data for the past two years (from when data collection was started). I ask this as the respective files I currently have only had data for the past year (March 2021-March 2022) and no data before that.
The main global build (either using GISAID data or GenBank data) contains samples as far back as December 2019 until the current day (today’s build included strains from only 5 days ago). Note that we haven’t subsampled equally over that time period, rather we prefer to include more recent samples.
