I have successfully run the example command-lines (zika-tutorial), and get a result. but I can’t visualize the result on this website. what should I do? Or is there any other way can I see the results?

It’s hard to answer this without more information – if you wish to run auspice locally to visualise the results the best place to start is here. Another option is to simply drag & drop the JSON onto https://auspice.us
