It was nice meeting you Kelvin! Could you tell us a bit more about your computing environment (Win/Mac/Linux) and comfort level using a terminal?
The best documentation for installing and setting up Nextstrain is at Installing Nextstrain — Nextstrain documentation so I would start there, and post any questions or issues you run into here on the discussion board

I’m a beginner so I don’t know that much about the command line I’ve just been doing some research here and there and I’ve seen you need to learn about bash command and also that you require Unix??so yaah beginner level but will check the documentation and share any problem I run into.Thank you
