Which augur commands label the color-by option located on the left side of a Nextstrain build?
The color-by ‘Admin Division’ option colors all the sequences as ‘unknown.’ It does not make sense because the ‘Filter by Admin Division’ option is located at the bottom of the build is connected to each sequence.
Hi @dwwhall - which options are exported as colourings and filters is decided by augur export and involves an interaction between the metadata TSV / node-json’s provided to it and the options specified via the command line and/or provided auspice-config file.
