I’ve seen a couple posts on this topic, but wasn’t able to solve the issue.
I am only able to view transmission lines on the auspice platform at the ‘country’ geographic level or for each individual sample when I click on it. I am interested in viewing transmission lines at the ‘location’ level for all sequences. Is there a way to do this?
